We have the perfect location for you. We are located on the west side of the Island of Puerto Rico. On the magnificent Black Eagle Marina, in Rincon. The ideal place to enjoy a relaxed and lay back area with beautiful sunsets and fantastic beaches without the metro area’s businesses.
We have All-inclusive and partial venue/area packages all with Free internet included.
Our concierge and event coordinators can help you plan your event, providing everything you need, from food and entertainment to tours around the island.
Our wellness services include yoga, massages, dietary food and drinks, The property has 15 rooms, one air-conditioned venue (opening in March) pool deck with a pool bar, and a fantastic pool. Open terraces to hold meetings or events. The restaurant and coffee shop offer breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They provide gluten-free, vegan, dairy-free, keto meals, drinks, and desserts.

Airports:
If you are flying to San Juan airport, you will need to rent a car or arrange transportation. The
San Juan airport is about 2.5 hours away from our location. You can enjoy the trip, see the
beautiful sceneries on the way to your paradise retreat. If you are flying to Aguadilla airport, you
can arrange with us to get picked up. Aguadilla airport is about 30 minutes to our location.
Together with other partners, Events Masterminds help organize events and retreats in Aqua Marina Beach Club. We take care of the local services you will need like housing, transportation, food, entertainment, and tours. It is an excellent service for many groups that want to show up with their group without worrying about those details.
Carmen is an international multi-award-winning artist & designer, CEO, and founder of the Event Decorating Academy. A global center of excellence provides outstanding professional development education, transforming creative people into exceptional event designers and planners.
Having spent over 30 years in the event design and planning industry, Carmen built four successful businesses before launching the Event Decorating Academy. She now delivers educational events for people all over the world. She owns and manages three companies in Puerto Rico. Aqua Marina Beach Club, (hotel) Aqua pool Bar (restaurant), and Wabbles Milk Bar (coffee & gelato shop). She has added to her knowledge by investing in Puerto Rico. Now helping local women become entrepreneurs and start their businesses on the island. Carmen’s goal is to give back to the local community by bringing events and investments to the island to help the local economy and donations for the local charities and nonprofits.
Carmen has made it her life’s mission to share her secrets and years of experience with aspiring entrepreneurs who want to follow in her footsteps.

We love giving back to the community. Aqua Marina is committed to helping local nonprofit organizations with fundraising events.
Carmen Ballering sponsored Balloon-a-Palooza for three years. This balloon art exhibit that featured dozens of the world’s top balloon artists and 130,000 balloons to create large-scale sculptures. All proceeds went to organizations that served underprivileged kids.
We decided to open Aqua Marina Beach Club year-round to provide a location in the low season where we could offer community events on our property.
Our commitment to giving back to the community will bring excitement to the beautiful Rincon and the entire island. Aqua will offer a kid’s entrepreneur camp every summer. Year-round art exhibits and art fairs to promote the local artists.
